The Linhay is a converted agricultural building, formerly used as a grain store on the upper floor with implements kept in the open fronted ground floor area.
Externally there is a sunny lawned garden, west facing and with a small terrace, accessed by original stone steps from the upper level.
The Linhay has been fully refurbished incorporating green and energy saving features such as high insulation values, rainwater harvesting serving the wc and washing machine, whole house ventilation which recycles extracted heat and provides fresh air and an air source heat pump providing heating and hot water.
The reverse level accommodation comprises a double bedroom and luxury tiled shower room at the lower level with living accommodation at the upper level. The living/dining room is light and airy with exposed beams and trusses. There is a TV with iPod dock , DVD and CD player plus ethernet broadband connection point
The fully fitted kitchen contains integral dishwasher and fridge, electric oven microwave and ceramic hob.
Unfortunately the Linhay is unsuitable for dogs but they can be accommodated in the other two properties by arangement.
