Our newly refurbished holiday cottages are situated at Collaton Farm in 15 acres of fields and woodland barely two miles from Newton Ferrers in the beautiful South Hams district of Devon.
Newton Ferrers & Noss Mayo are twin villages on opposite sides of Newton Creek off of the Yealm estuary with an atmosphere of Swallows and Amazons and famed for its safe harbour and beautiful scenery.
All kinds of water sports are available nearby from surfing at Bantham to kayaking and sailing on the River Yealm or just relaxing on the Beach at Wembury or Mothecombe. For walkers the South West coast path is nearby and it is served by a passenger ferry linking Newton Ferrers, Wembury and Noss Mayo during the season.
Plastic bag free Modbury is nearby and offers a wide range of traditional shopping choices in an unspoilt environment.
The wild landscape of Dartmoor is easiliy accessible for walking and touring whilst the well known attractions of Cornwall such as the Eden Project, Tate St Ives, Padstow, Fowey and Falmouth are all within easy day trip range.
